The jury of Florida has passed the decision that the largest tobacco company of United States Philip Morris is obliged to pay 300 million dollars as indemnification to the customer who suffers an emphysema of lungs.

The court has decided: the company should pay Sindi Nogl (61 year) 56 million as indemnification of means, are spent for treatment, and 244 million more «penal losses» which actually become punishment for the tobacco company.
